John ordered me a much wanted Fiestaware platter and bowls as a Christmas gift. When it arrived, he wrapped the package without opening it. 4 of the 7 items were damaged.

I contacted the manufacturer that same day (knowing they were closed). I had the replacement pieces on New Year’s Eve! Awesome customer service!!
