Is it a cold or the flu?  Who knows and who cares when it makes you feel yucky.  Based on the chart below, it seems like it’s the flu.

John woke up this morning with a cough, headache, and fever.  After going to school to prepare sub plans, he is home resting.

A phone appointment with a doctor means Barb gets the honor of driving to the pharmacy to get him cough medicine and antibiotics.  Not sure he really needs the antibiotics but they prescribed them based on his symptoms – even Dr. Kiddo questioned them (but she isn’t his doctor!)

Sure hope he is the only one who gets this “bug” – Murphy’s Law says I’ll get it since this is a 3-day weekend for us.  Hope all of you are staying away from this!
