    I think it would be a Fancier Friday/Saturday if you decanted the condiments into fancy pots… but then that always seems like such hassle, a waste of washing up, and a waste of condiment!

      yep, saturday is far from “fancy”. We’ve used small individual dishes for Friday condiments – there is definitely more waste on those days. Thankfully, most of our meals don’t require the condiments.
