These 3 fish have been in our freezer for about 1 1/2 years. We caught about 8 that day. How long are they good for when you freeze them? These were the “leftovers” we thought we would eat when we got home.

Every time I’ve gotten sick this year it has been from eating something I just couldn’t bring myself to waste. Oh sure, it’s still good, I’d tell myself. Yeah, right! Take it from someone who has a bad habit of eating bad things, you made the right call on the fish. They only last in the freezer for about 3-6 months.
