Roasted turkey breast with raspberry jam on the side (yep, we didn’t have cranberry sauce so we improvised), sautéed green beans, mashed potatoes with turkey drippings gravy. We even ate by candlelight! It is a nice end to the week!

      hahaha we contemplated dressing up as part of Fancy Friday but kiddo#2 comes home and showers immediately and didn’t want to have to get dressed after a day at the hospital or clinic. Can’t say I blame her – since I haven’t worn real pants in 11 months!

    Yum! That looks so delicious, elegant and relaxing! There’s a bbq place across the state from me that I stop at when I take my son to school. But they have a delicious raspberry bbq sauce that I put on my turkey sandwiches every day. It’s wonderful!
